An advertisement is used in communicating the name of the product or service and how the product or service can benefit the consumer. Without attracting attention it would provide no revenue for the advertiser or for the content provider. Some new web browsers may include options to disable pop-ups or block images from selected websites. Another way of avoiding banners is to use a proxy server that blocks them.

The commercial advertisers want to increase utilization of their products or services through branding, which involves the repetition of a product name or service in an effort to associate the qualities of the brand in the minds of consumers. Different types of media are used, traditional media such as web banners, newspapers, magazines, television, radio, billboards or direct mail. The Advertisers: These companies want their offers promoted by affiliates. They are simply interested in generating leads or just selling more products.

CPA Networks: These are the middlemen in the relationship, they gather offers from different companies (some well-known brands), package these offers on their platform and promote the offers to affiliates who have applied and successfully joined their network.

As stated they earn a percentage of every sale that their affiliates produce, and they are responsible for paying their affiliates commissions.

Affiliates: These are mostly entrepreneurs who know how to marketing online and are skilled at driving quality traffic to offers to sell products or solicit action from the traffic they generate in order to earn a commission. The affiliate is the most important person in the relationship.

Where CPA Marketing is going? The CPA marketing concept has always been with us, but somewhat under the raider. More people are aware of it now, than ever before.

I just got off the phone with one her millionaires and he went thru want they are looking for in a person to join their team and Loral’s “Big Table”. For those of you who do not know what the big table is, it is the elite or elites in Lorals eyes. The ones who have made it, multi-millionaire status. It seems to get to this point it usually takes 3-5 yr with $300k-$300K/passive income PLUS $2M in assets.

I have heard quite a few investment speakers and they all say the same thing and promise you the world.

So my advise is save your money and try to hang out with other people that have actually made it and not just over the phone.

The one thing and one of my final questions was well it all sounds good, but please provide me with references that have gone thru this program and have made it? The interviewer declines to give me any names. Now would you buy something like this if you really couldn’t check it out. I mean you wouldn’t hire a contractor for a house improvement without references would you.

Again, I believe one can attain this kind of status and financial freedom, but be careful on whom you trust.

Loral Langemeier, the founder and CEO of Live Out Loud, has written “The Millionaire Maker” and “Guerilla Wealth” as well as creating many different educational programs. In addition to the various seminars and workshops, there are also free teleseminars available on Loral’s website.

While Loral Langemeier seems to have a decent following and respect among her peers, some people are of the opinion that the information provided by Loral in her books is simplistic, contains too much jargon for different processes and the tips given are just not realistic and could even cause potential financial harm.

There are both positive and negative aspects to Loral Langemeier’s products and seminars. For example she adamantly supports starting your own business, but the information on how to do so is absent in her books.

Some of Loral Langemeier’s advice is oversimplified and at times misleading. She touts starting your own corporation as great way to take advantage of tax deductions. This will not work since these deductions must be verifiable business expenses.

Loral Langemeier’s team building advice is also very unrealistic. She proposes that every one should have a support team of Lawyers, CPAs, Brokers, and Investors.

Unless you have a family full of professionals what she recommends is unrealistic. These people charge a lot of money for their services and the chances of them spending their time mentoring strangers is slim and none.

The redeemable qualities of Loral Langemeier’s work can be found in its motivational capabilities. If her books or seminars can get you to actually pursue a business opportunity or research an investment vehicle then they can be called a success.

Some people think that this type of information is worth the price, but others don’t.

Russ Dalbey revisited

Well now about all I can say about Russ Dalbey is he hasn’t changed a bit.

This is a review that was written by a person who became involved with Russ Dalbey and has asked that his name not be used.

“Winning in the Cashflow was a very costly business event for me, both in time and money spent. This is truly one of the dumbest things I’ve done and I hope that I can help you avoid the same stupid mistakes that I did.

A “backend” system that has telemarketers, website-builders, mentors and traffic generators phoning you to sell you more and more over-priced, worthless junk. I went for it all. In the end I paid over $5000 for a website, newsletters, postcards, leads, traffic, and business cards. I mailed out letters to lawyers, leads, mortgage brokers and spent hours trying to find a note that someone would sell at a discounted rate.

Shortly, I started receiving emails from other brokers trying to sell notes to me as well as note-buyers that wanted me to list my notes with them. It all got very confusing because everyone had my contact information and nobody was making a cent.

By chance I contacted an authority on note-buying from Arizona. He has a course of his own and has been one of the top notebuyers in the country for many years. He had no reason to lie to me about Russ Dalbey and basically told me that America’s Note Network was a joke.”

Yep, IMO, it’s a joke unless you are one of the people being paid to be a ‘mentor’ to help relieve people of their hard earned, and much needed, money.

After signing up with Winning In The Cash Flow Business , and most likely before receiving the information, a representatives will call and tell you he is your “mentor’ and you will need his help understanding the information after it arrives. All this help for only an extra $2900.00.

I later found out that none of these “mentors” had actually used the system themselves.

You will receive a packet containing software and a list of sites to help you get started for $120.00. The software was so out dated it was not compatible with my operating system, IE Windows XP. And at least ONE of the sites should be working.

YOU MUST BE A LICENSED NOTE BROKER before you can legally engage any kind of note activity.

Sure nice Mr Dalbey doesn’t tell you this until after you pay for his program. Don’t even think about taking time to talk this over with anyone before sending the money, it isn’t allowed as there is this window you have to make if you want in the program.

After learning all of this and you decide to op out before the 30 day grace period is over and get your $120.00 back you had best send an overnight registered letter otherwise they will tell you that they did not receive any e-mails canceling the order and the grace period is over.

Somebody in this process is making money with the Winning In The Cash Flow Business , it just doesn’t seem to be the customers. I would not recommend this program, unless you could get a job selling for them.

Oh if you get stuck you CAN NOT count on the BBB to help you. It has been tried with no results.

Matthew Lesko; “Free Money to Pay Your Bills”.

By now, you have surely seen his commercials on TV, often late at night and on Fox,.

Using a large number of different websites, but always the same pitch, the green suit covered with question marks and a maniacally shouting, annoying man, squealing “get money from the government to pay your rent for FREE!” He insists there are hundreds of government programs with money, for just about anything you want, you just need his book to tell you how to apply for the grants!

There are countless reports, firsthand, from people who have felt swindled and duped by Matthew Lesko’s ads. Many feel that Matthew Lesko deliberately misleads those who buy his book. There are two big complaints:

1. Matthew Lesko makes it sound as though it is easy to obtain grants and money from the government and 2. He fails to mention the downsides, such as you will probably not be eligible for the vast majority of the programs.

For example, often grants that are referred to in Matthew Lesko’s books are actually public assistance programs for which many people are not eligible.

Matthew Lesko makes it sound as though it is easy to get the grants and that he is telling you about programs that you don’t already know about. Both are untrue: many of the programs are well-known and you won’t qualify.

Matthew Lesko appears to admit this. According to the Washington City Paper:

Dan Kennedy has authored a book, Prospecting Sucks. This is popular among all levels of multilevel marketing personnel. However, most of Dan’s expertise and techniques are applicable to the offline world of marketing. These marketing techniques are not suitable in the online marketing world or the Internet.

Another major drawback of Dan Kennedy is that he tries to up-sell his products. If you buy any of his moderately priced books, he immediately tries to sell you a huge back end item costing many thousand of dollars. Most of his courses are not worth paying such huge amounts.

After purchasing a reasonably priced course, he wants to sell you a huge back-end course that may run $3,000.00. Real people cannot afford to spend that much.

The main reason for Dan’s books and courses being unsuitable for Internet marketing is that he elaborates on how to attract people to your product by writing excellent copies and sales letters. He does not specify any technique of getting higher rankings on the search engines. And we all know these form the epitome of Internet marketing.

Dan is reluctant to accept that Internet Marketing is the key to marketing in the twenty-first century. Hence, he stresses offline marketing.

Well after receiving the materials meant to be studied and learned from, I was dumb founded to find all of what he sent. I received copies from a copy machine, probably put together by some kid he hired off the street to punch holes and put them in Wal-Mart folders with the cheapest paper you can buy. For the amount of money spent on this program you would think you would get really nice color paper and books, put together by a professional.

Were did the money he received go?

I am sure Dan knows what he is doing in the marketing profession, but I am sure he is feeling the same pinch as all of us are here in the United State. So, this brilliant man has put together this program to earn money for himself from people like us that are trying desperately to live through this recession.

Hats off to him.

He has capitalized off of the old saying that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Dan has figured out how to continue his life style buy promising a great program in a market that is not moving, and I feel he is laughing all the way to the bank.

Now that you know the name of the company lets take a look at how it works.

Quixtar was founded in 1999 and is now run by the same company that owns Amway.

In North America you can only join Quixtar through the referral of an already established member known as an IBO, Independent Business Owner.

The way that Quixtar operates is that every IBO has access to selling Quixtar products through the Quixtar website.

As an IBO you are encouraged to purchase as many Quixtar products as you can and at the same time recruit more IBOs.

The way this works is that your referrer gets a percentage or a commission from the products you purchase from Quixtar. Likewise you will get a commission from the purchases of all your IBOs, the people you get to join.

According to Quixtar your commission percentage depends on your IBO level within the company. So, in theory, the more people you recruit the higher your level gets and the more commission you get.

There are several problems with this business model that your Quixtar rep doesnt tell you about.

Quixtar wants you to rely on one-on-one communication and word of mouth advertising. Quixtar even has severe limits on your freedom to advertise your website online, a resource that they will not let you use properly.

You would think they would want you to use every means of advertising you can come up with in order to increase your sales. But for some reason they continue to tie your hands when it comes to trying to sell the products. Its almost as if they dont want you to sell the products.

You also need to realize that your entire income depends on how much stuff the people in your down-line are going to purchase.

Since Quixtar products are priced right around retail your income from Quixter is not going to support you and your family unless you can convince your down-line people into buying all their goods from Quixtar.

Now you have a situation where you’re not allowed to properly advertise on the internet and a need for people to purchase Quixtar products daily.

The thing is that large corporations don’t care who is selling for them as long as they are moving product. Lets face it they are the ones making the money not you.

Another thing about Quixtar is the fact that you will be competing against every one of the other IBO that are trying to sell the same things you are for around the same price. Mainly because of the way they control and limit the way you can advertise the products you are trying to sell and the fact that commissions on the items you are selling are so small. I really don’t think you are going to be able to make any real amount of money with Quixtar no matter what their sales pitch tries to tell you.

If you do try the Quixtar all I can do is wish you luck and shake my head as I walk away.

I think it’s time to take another look a Loral Langemeier, the founder and CEO of Live Out Loud.

Since the first review of Loral Langemeier I have recently found a couple of reviews from people who have had opportunity(?) to become involved with Loral Langemeier.

I’ve read a couple of Loral’s books and I concur that Loral comes up short on details. Just like a lot of other self-proclaimed guru’s, Loral’s writings are always pointing you to her staff which leads to more money in her pocket and less in yours. Cha ching for Loral.

I got sucked in for over $400 on Loral’s cd’s and dvd’s which were way overpriced and vague. It is just a way to get you to invest thousands ($9,000 to $17,000) on their “millionaire coaches”. How is a company supposed to help you financially when they already have you $17,000 in the hole?

I just got off the phone with one her millionaires and he went thru want they are looking for in a person to join their team and Loral’s “Big Table”. For those of you who do not know what the big table is, it is the elite or elites in Lorals eyes. The ones who have made it, multi-millionaire status. It seems to get to this point it usually takes 3-5 yr with $300k-$300K/passive income PLUS $2M in assets.

I have heard quite a few investment speakers and they all say the same thing and promise you the world.

So my advise is save your money and try to hang out with other people that have actually made it and not just over the phone.

The one thing and one of my final questions was well it all sounds good, but please provide me with references that have gone thru this program and have made it? The interviewer declines to give me any names. Now would you buy something like this if you really couldn’t check it out. I mean you wouldn’t hire a contractor for a house improvement without references would you.

Again, I believe one can attain this kind of status and financial freedom, but be careful on whom you trust.

Loral Langemeier, the founder and CEO of Live Out Loud, has written “The Millionaire Maker” and “Guerilla Wealth” as well as creating many different educational programs. In addition to the various seminars and workshops, there are also free teleseminars available on Loral’s website.

While Loral Langemeier seems to have a decent following and respect among her peers, some people are of the opinion that the information provided by Loral in her books is simplistic, contains too much jargon for different processes and the tips given are just not realistic and could even cause potential financial harm.

There are both positive and negative aspects to Loral Langemeier’s products and seminars. For example she adamantly supports starting your own business, but the information on how to do so is absent in her books.

Some of Loral Langemeier’s advice is oversimplified and at times misleading. She touts starting your own corporation as great way to take advantage of tax deductions. This will not work since these deductions must be verifiable business expenses.

Loral Langemeier’s team building advice is also very unrealistic. She proposes that every one should have a support team of Lawyers, CPAs, Brokers, and Investors.

Unless you have a family full of professionals what she recommends is unrealistic. These people charge a lot of money for their services and the chances of them spending their time mentoring strangers is slim and none.

The redeemable qualities of Loral Langemeier’s work can be found in its motivational capabilities. If her books or seminars can get you to actually pursue a business opportunity or research an investment vehicle then they can be called a success.

Some people think that this type of information is worth the price, but others don’t.
