Tip (1) Preparation, preparation, preparation. If you don’t know a whole bunch of stuff about the organization that is interviewing you, in the first place you shouldn’t be there. It simply isn’t good enough for you to be looking to work for someone that you know nothing about. Do your homework- you need to know the key people, some topical things about them, etc. Find out what they do, what they make, their customers, suppliers, accounts, etc. Get ahead of the competition before you start- you’ll be glad you did.
